A blast from the past

Have digital camera, will photograph dogs. The digital Canon Rebel hadn’t even been released. Digital cameras were still in their infancy. I was so proud of my Canon 10d. Loved that camera to pieces and I was always out in the backyard with the camera and the doggies.

I originally wrote this post on May 9, 2009. The photos are all from 2003 to 2004. Blender is the only greyhound we have left from the original pack. Wow, so many things have changed.

I love looking back at some of my old photos, they remind of all of the joy our dogs bring us every day.

  1. What lovely memories. Sometimes it’s hard to believe how much things have changed. I remember when I first joined the Army, I was the only administrative person in the battalion that got to type on an electric typewriter. All the other clerks had manual typewriters. This was 1981 (the Stone Age).

  2. Awww, I can imagine Asher looking like the puppy in the bottom photo when he was little. I must ask his trainer if she has any puppy photos of him! It’s great when enough time has passed for old photos to bring smiles instead of tears.
